    Deepening of the learning from modules 1 and 2 of NVC using practical cases provided by the participants. Leave behind a “habitual” communication and begin to express yourself with more clarity, respect, and effectiveness. Learn to support an authentic dialogue within ”win-win” cooperation.

    The clown is a character taken from one’s personality, who experiences and shares the same empathic humanity by taking into account the other’s reactions.

    This training will allow you to expand your own range of communication tools to optimise relationships with others. It allows you to refine bodily awareness, gestures; and emotional expressions in a unique way.

    Clown dynamics and benevolent communication inspired by Nonviolent Communication (NVC) are lifestyle tools to aid you in living with kindness towards yourself and others.

    Stress and tensions from work and home are not inevitable.
    NVC is a powerful tool that allows us to overcome them. It helps us to gain serenity in our daily life in order to manage, not only anxiety, but also live with the stress of our co-workers and family.

    There are no miracle cures but, we offer the tools to improve daily life. It’s possible !
